We are committed to selling quality products but there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you have bought.
If you have simply changed your mind, we are happy to accept product returns for up to 14 days after delivery. To be eligible for this, products must be in new, unused and unopened condition.
Some items are exempt from our returns policy
- Un Wraped Batteries, Paint, & Fuel
- Software which has been unsealed
- Items which have been modified – for example, assembled or painted
- Sale/clearance items now discontinued or no longer available.
Special order items and Items older than 14 days that are sellable will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Before any item is returned, please email us for a returns form. Items returned without the correct paperwork may occur a delay processing your item.
We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the products, less any costs we may have incurred for delivery/collection
All items we sell include a 12 month manufactures warranty that start from the day the goods are received by you. The manufactures warranty covers faults that may develop.
If you think you have a faulty item or your product is not working correctly please get in touch, majority of the time we can solves minor problems over the phone or by email.
Accidental damage, crash damage is not covered under warranty. We have the right to repair any item before replacing.
If a fault has occurred due to misuse or crash damage, then we have the right to charge an hourly labour rate plus any parts used. If an item is returned and a no fault is found a redelivery charge will be applied.
